Find your size
Look inside the temple arm of a pair of glasses you already own for three numbers separated by a box and a dash, such as 52□18-140. The first number is the lens width, the second is the bridge width, and the third is the temple length, all in millimeters. Compare those numbers with the measurements above — a frame that's close in each dimension will fit and feel similar to the one you already wear.
